This pivotal leadership role requires 5+ years of experience and is responsible for owning the end-to-end multi-channel marketing strategy, maximizing inbound lead generation, and driving tangible business growth across latin america. The manager will act as the internal regional champion, overseeing all local marketing investments, and critically, managing the performance and output of key external marketing, content, and seo agencies.qualifications and experience5+ years of progressive professional experience in a marketing management or leadership role, preferably in a b2b or technology-focused environment.proven expertise in developing, launching, and managing successful marketing strategies and campaigns specifically in mexico and brazil.ability to transition between high-level strategic planning and hands-on digital execution (digital marketing, lead tracking, and content creation) to effectively manage team/agency performance.experience working with and managing external marketing, content, and seo agencies across different jurisdictions, ensuring accountability for regional performance targets.deep familiarity with digital marketing stacks, including marketing automation platforms, crm systems, and advanced analytics tools.great written and verbal communication skills in english and spanish.
