Key responsibilities
- lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex quality issues and drive process improvements.
You must have
- bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or quality.
- minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing quality processes.
We value
- advanced degree in a technical discipline.
- certification in quality management, such as six sigma black belt or certified quality engineer (cqe).
- experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
