Position summary
sr. Technical consultant
a sr. Technical consultant provides technical guidance during workshops and assists in creating and refining stories. Configures the servicenow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with platform administrators.
this is a full-time position based in guadalajara. The role follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

· develop and implement new servicenow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements
· deliver new functionality across applications
· provide expertise for all technical issues related to development
· supports entire development lifecycle
· assists system administrator with incident resolution
· collaborates with business process analysts and servicenow architects to transform requirements into stories or enhance stories by providing best practice design input on the technical aspects of the implementation
· identify any deficiencies within the applications and provide solutions
· solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
required experience and qualifications:
· bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
· 4+ years of information technology experience
· 2 + years of development experience with creating simple/complex customer-facing
· 3+ years of experience working in servicenow platform for global customers
· experience with web technologies (java/javascript, ajax, angular.js, xml, html,
web services, etc.)
· strong focus on code quality
· able to develop optimal technical solutions based on design
· attention to detail; he/she is conscious that quality is about the details
· exceptional customer service skills
· ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related
problems
· energetic, eager to learn and work with a culturally diverse environment
· demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
