We are looking for a product engineer to join our team and support the development and industrialization of new products within our manufacturing operations.
this role will work closely with corporate product development (hq) and cross-functional teams including quality, planning, and production, ensuring successful product launches and smooth transition into serial production.
? Position objective manage and control all activities related to the development and industrialization of new products in the plant, coordinating with corporate product development and internal departments to ensure product performance, integrity, and release to mass production according to customer and company timelines.
? Key responsibilities / knowledge development and management of new product launches (apqp) interaction and coordination with hq product development teams approval and validation of product developments knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sewing, vulcanization, and finishing engineering change management project management throughout product development stages understanding of materials and product specifications technical drawing interpretation (general knowledge) knowledge of iatf * standards general knowledge of programming languages (desirable) ? Key competencies project management analytical thinking effective communication results-oriented mindset creativity and problem solving ?
