- minimum 10 years of experience in the cutting tool industry (carbide tools, indexable tools, rotating tools, or related metalworking products).
- proven management experience with a global cutting tool brand (e.g., sandvik, kennametal, seco, iscar, mitsubishi, sumitomo, tungaloy, etc.).
- strong ability to manage and control monthly and annual sales performance.
- experience managing distributors, sales engineers, oem/tier 1 customers.
- excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- business-level english.
- experience in the mexican automotive, aerospace, or general machining sectors.
- previous leadership of national or regional sales teams.
- knowledge of crm, netsuite, sap, or similar systems.
- ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
