Responsible for encouraging continuous knowledge, growth, and cultural impact by advising and leading our Commercial Development organization in their sustainable evolution path following the “School of Change” pillars: Adoption, Leadership, Communication and Learning.
Tasks to develop will include the co-creation with Product Owners and Regional/Local operations, the design and elaboration of deliverables that are part of the portfolio project of General Commercial Development, sometimes turning complex concepts into digestible pieces of information.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the demands and requirements of different initiatives impacting the commercial model and customer-centricity agenda.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving culture & learning processes and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and execute strategies in the four pillars of change management (adoption, leadership, communication, and learning) to drive cultural change within the organization.
- Lead and pivot the onboarding strategy according to regional needs.
- Support the creation and development of engaging and interactive learning materials, including job aids, infographics, video tutorials, animated gifs, and other multimedia content.
- Ensure strategies and deliverables are aligned with organizational objectives, learning outcomes, and instructional design best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices regarding learning and cultural transformation.

**Qualifications**:
English at least B2 or higher.
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Education, Organizational Psychology or related
Experience in Instructional Design, Training, Change Management or related
Great communication skills
Desire at least 1 year of experience in:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Digital projects
- Organizational Communication
