*your key responsibilities*
- manage the internship program for juarez
- work closely with client groups and hrbp’s in order to proactively develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- deliver end-to-end search on active roles, including developing position-based recruitment strategies
- use a variety of sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool - both now and for the future.
- perform various administrative tasks
- participate in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.
*your qualifications and skills*
- must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
- passion and focus on recruitment, with a solid grounding in business
- a university degree
- ability to build confidence and strong relationships with hiring managers
- proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies including proactive sourcing techniques using social media (linkedin, facebook, twitter) and referral generation
- ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- bilingual (english-spanish)
