about the mission we offer you: provide general administrative support to a department and/or group of professionals.
main accountabilities
* may handle logistics/travel local arrangements and solve related issues, providing assistance and guidance to employees.
* support the maintenance schedules of the project fleet vehicles.
* maintain regular contact with customers, vendors, partners, suppliers or employees outside the immediate work area.
* perform tasks related to the logistics of administrative management organization.
* organize seminars’ logistics; research a wide variety of information requests independently; prepare and analyze trends and reports from sources inside and outside the department; route or answer routine correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention; assist in business planning and related planning functions; follow up on invoicing and related requests.
