As a Marketing Guest Experience Representative you would be responsible for:
Servicing all In house guest onsite and at times prior to arrival. Offering the highest level of customer service in order to attract guest to attend the Hilton Grand Vacation Preview of the resort.

Qualifications
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Bilingual required – able to communicate in both English and Spanish clearly in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in Vacation Ownership and customer service.
- Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
- Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.
- Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
