* forecast operating costs and prepare budget submissions.
* review and determine material, equipment, and manpower resource needs.
* coordinate maintenance activities with cross-functional teams.
* select and develop personnel to ensure efficient departmental operation.
* administer safety protocols and maintain maintenance records.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* experience in similar positions within electronic manufacturing environments.
* advanced english communication skills.
* knowledge of predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance techniques.
* experience with automatic component insertion machines.
* team management and customer interaction expertise.
