our sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for revolut business across the globe.
each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation; they own their market segments with super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed
we're looking for a sales manager to lead our dream team of account executives a motivating leader experienced with performance management.

*what you'll be doing*
- leading a team of up to 15 account executives owning all aspects of performance & development
- managing your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales team
- coaching and supporting your team to create best practices across the entire sales process
- owning training and development for your team
- taking responsibility for the team's performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter upon quarter
- driving activity on a daily basis
- discovering growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targets
- creating a culture of high performance and living the revolut values
*what you'll need*
- 4+ years of experience within a similar role with at least 2 years management experience
- excellent communication skills
- the ability to motivate and drive performance
- experience working within a performance management culture
- demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
- a keen interest in commencing a career in a high performing sales culture
