Your tasks
the operational buyer is responsible for performing all purchasing activities within certain material/service fields with the objective of optimal supply and generating a maximum profit contribution in compliance with the company's policies and purchasing guidelines. This position is reporting to the operational purchasing team lead of region/subregion. The role is carrying out all purchasing activities with a medium degree of difficulty and complexity, in the area of goods/services for which the job holder is responsible for.-
- your profile
- bachelor´s degree completed.
- advanced level of english is required ( interviews will be in english ) - any other language will be a strong plus (german, portuguese )
- at least 3 years of experience in related field ( scm - spare parts - purchasing )
- negotiation advanced skills
- commercial contracting previous experience is highly appreciated.
- previous experience in: purchasing processes/purchase to pay is required.
- stakeholder partnership knowledge.
- project and time management previous experience will be a strong plus.
- business acumen
- intercultural management will be a strong plus.
- it tools ( sap, office package ), methods and analytics knowledge will be a strong plus.
