in this role, you’ll manage end-to-end lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and cross-functional brand initiatives. You’ll be the central hub between creative, brand, and growth teams, ensuring everything moves from idea to execution seamlessly, on time and on budget.
responsibilities:
* manage end-to-end project lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
* create timelines, assign tasks, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution.
* partner with brand, creative, and growth teams to align priorities and resources.
* track deliverables and dependencies, escalating blockers before they become issues.
* own project documentation (briefs, schedules, updates) to keep everyone aligned.
* lead post-mortems to extract learnings and improve processes.
requirements
* 3–5 years of project management experience in a similar vertical (ideally with a marketing or creative team).
* proficiency in project management tools (asana, monday, trello, or similar).
* strong organizational skills to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.
* excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and cross-functional.
* proactive, solutions-first mindset.
