Servicenow business process consultant (milestone technologies)

job overview: milestone is seeking a servicenow business process consultant to join remotely, contributing to key client accounts. You will collaborate with clients, devising implementation strategies and designs for servicenow modules (e.g., hrsd, itom, itsm, csm and more) to enable organizations to achieve goals through effective platform utilization.

responsibilities:

* understand client business processes and map needs to servicenow capabilities
* lead process discovery workshops and act as a functional lead
* collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for use cases
* identify process improvements, outline solutions with benefits, drawbacks, and risks
* communicate requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet expectations
* develop and enhance documentation such as process flow diagrams, presentations, gap analyses
* provide training and mentorship to the client business team

skills:

* experience with agile/scrum project delivery
* ability to define and deploy to-be processes within servicenow modules
* strong requirements gathering, process documentation, and workshop leadership
* excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (visio, word, powerpoint)
* ability to influence, consult, and provide thought leadership on business process and technical problems
* analytical skills for strategic recommendations
* strong interpersonal, customer-centric, and team player abilities
* develop project charters, plans, and provide enablement training to clients

required qualifications:

* bachelor's degree in it, computer science, business administration, or related field
* minimum 3+ years of relevant servicenow experience (hrsd and itom preferred) with increasing responsibility
* proven track record implementing servicenow hrsd and/or itom modules
* knowledge of other servicenow modules such as itsm, csm, or secops is a plus
* certified servicenow administrator
