franchise & business development coordinator
main responsibilities:
* franchise partner acquisition: identify, engage, and develop potential franchise leads through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
* assist in designing and executing strategies to attract qualified franchisees, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential partners.
* franchisee evaluation & selection: conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate prospective franchisees.
* support the optimization and localization of franchisee qualification criteria.
* franchise sales process management: manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, from initial inquiry and consultation to contract negotiation and signing.
* market development & expansion: work closely with real estate and operations teams to identify high-potential markets.
* leverage market research and demographic data to support regional development plans and market entry strategies.
main requirements:
* 2-5 years experience in franchise development, retail expansion, business development, or commercial leasing (preferably in the tea&coffee, fast food, fmcg, or retail sector).
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields
* english and spanish language are mandatory.
