this is a full-time, on-site position based in monterrey, n. L. The jr. English teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging english lessons that cater to various skill levels. Daily tasks include preparing and executing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves fostering a positive learning environment, utilizing effective teaching strategies, and promoting language acquisition goals for students. Collaboration with colleagues to develop educational materials and strategies will also be essential.
qualifications
* proficiency in english teaching and general teaching methodologies
* c1-c2 english profeciency level
* experience in lesson planning and developing course structures
* background in education with knowledge of learning theories
* strong classroom management and communication skills
* strong communication skills to connect with students effectively
* a passion for education and student development
* relevant certifications or degrees in english, education, or a related field are preferred
* prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
