essential duties & responsibilities working with advance manufacturing engineering team to understand and localize the production process and test requirements. Sample building and local work instruction support. Support and/or owns the design verification/process validation building preparation for new product introduction (npi) projects or as part of capa investigation and corrective actions. Design and develop production tools and fixtures using 3d cad software. Document 2d/3d files for tools, fixtures and equipment on plm system. Perform tools, fixtures and equipment upgrades using 3d cad software. Validates development tools, fixtures or equiments. Compiles metrics and engineering data including validation testing output, etc. Support and/or leads process validation per process master validation plans (iq, process characterization, tmvs, csv, oq and pq), bom creation and manufacturing procedures. Troubleshoots production line issues including root cause analysis of failed product, equipment and computer systems. Collaborates with internal departments as well as vendors and equipment suppliers to resolve issues and coordinate work in support of business objectives. Ensures safety procedures are observed and leads by example. This position is required to assure compliance of company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site). minimum qualifications, education & experience must be at least 18 years of age bachelor’s engineering degree from an accredited college or university is required. Education requirements can be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience. Proficient on cad software (solidworks) experience on electro-mechanical design and fabrication knowledge on machining of mechanical parts. 3+ years of experience knowledge of lean principles
