**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, focusing on automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled machinery, including programming logic review, debugging, and optimization.
- Maintain and calibrate **vision systems**, sensors, and other quality control devices integrated into production lines.
- Read, interpret, and execute electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to implement process improvements and reduce downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in automated machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Document maintenance activities, report equipment performance, and recommend upgrades or modifications.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Technical degree in **Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field**.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or electric motors.
- Proven experience with **PLC programming and troubleshooting** (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with **vision systems / machine vision / quality inspection systems**.
- Strong knowledge of **electrical diagrams, wiring, and industrial automation components**.
- Familiarity with motors, drives, sensors, and actuators.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- English proficiency is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with **HMI panels, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols** (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Knowledge of **robotics maintenance and programming**.
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma).
