what you'll do:
- design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
- lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
- research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
- collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
what we are looking for:
- minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
- advanced level of english with exceptional communication skills (mandatory).
- experience recruiting for the us market.
- experience working in remote environments.
- strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- excellent analytical and assessment skills.
