qualifications
minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry, with preference for experience in new energy vehicle (nev) companies.
strong market analysis skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
fluent in english and able to work effectively in cross-cultural environments.
able to adapt to frequent business travel, including short-term trips to china, with strong stress tolerance.
