What you will do
conduct follow-up calls
handle operational conflicts and issues by investigating and resolving conflicting situations
engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods within the community
coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls or emails
manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily via calls
address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary
what you need to succeed in this role
native spanish and excellent english communication skills (written and verbal at c1 level) is a must
solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills
experience within the food tech industry
experience handling data in google sheets, including filters, formulas, and pivot tables
ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously
proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities
detail-oriented
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
personal laptop or computer (at least 8 gb ram) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 mbps download and 40 mbps upload)
