overview
when a guest walks in, our front desk is usually the first staff interaction they will have. Because of this, only the best will do! If you are a helpful and dependable person who is looking for daily interactions with individuals from all around the world, we have the perfect opportunity for you. A front desk agent takes great care of our guests during the check‑in and check‑out process. They are also the first line of communication when it comes to taking care of the guests' needs during their stay. This is a ft am shift, and availability must include weekends and holidays. A clean driving record is required, due to the need to potentially drive our airport shuttle. The range of pay is $16.50 – $20.50.
responsibilities
* assist front office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
* respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
* provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations.
* maintain a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events, local and community events and attractions.
* assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
* safely drive our airport shuttle as needed.
* provide or obtain accurate information.
