Sitecore support engineer
requirements
must to have experience:
* support engineer with experience in operating and supporting cloud native
* microservices based applications using sitecore xm cloud
* vercel
* .net core
* strong background in c#, containerized environments (docker/kubernetes), and cloud data and integration services such as appsync and documentdb.
* capable of troubleshooting end-to-end application issues, validating deployments, monitoring system health, and performing proactive maintenance, with working knowledge of angular for frontend support and collaboration.
responsibilities:
* incident resolution and root cause analysis across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
* service request fulfillment and application configuration support
* application monitoring and performance analysis in distributed systems
* deployment validation and postrelease stability checks
* proactive health checks to prevent outages and degradation
* knowledge management through documentation, runbooks, and best practices
* propose and execute improvements and minor enhancements
* this application support engineer will work with a team that provides 24x7 production support for business-critical applications.
