as a senior consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating recommendations, and helping clients implement solutions.

qualifications
required
* 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
* completion of coursework (egresado) in relevant fields
* experience supporting and leading project workstreams and teams
* ability to identify key drivers, define problems, and propose solutions
* advanced english proficiency
* effective communication with engagement managers, project teams, and technical stakeholders, including escalation of issues
* experience in gathering and analyzing requirements with business stakeholders
* experience in itsm and grc products
* configure and customize servicenow applications, including incident, problem, change, and service catalog
* utilize servicenow platform to meet business and functional requirements
* support servicenow platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and bug fixes
* review user stories and technical documentation for solutions
* troubleshoot servicenow configuration errors
* complete deployment of solutions across environments
* provide training on tools functionality both in person and remotely
* maintain and update policies and procedures
