Job description
the talent acquisition specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end expert recruitment services for the business centre.
this includes working closely with key stakeholders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices, maintaining a professional network, driving diversity in hiring through innovative marketing campaigns, and having the opportunity to work on local and overseas staffing projects.
the successful candidate will have a disciplined focus on customers, using insights gained through relationships to anticipate future needs and consistently add value for the customer. They will also be an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt to meet the needs of differing audiences.

requirements
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, communications or related field.
* at least 3 years of progressive experience in corporate and/or search firm recruiting, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting (engineering positions).
* experience in stakeholder management in a multicultural environment.
* proficiency in workday (ats), linkedin recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools.
* fluent written and spoken english.
