Working in the compensation coe this role will be providing support for our strategic hiring processes as well as supporting our sales compensation programs.
the role reports to a compensation lead, working closely with multiple colleagues across the compensation team as well as managing strategic hiring activities with multiple stakeholders.
the role support compensation leads and advisors on sales compensation plan activities:review and maintain sales plan inventorymanage the sales compensation plan review processpoint of contact for all sales compensation related activities advise and support sales plan designcreate tools to support sales plan design processpartner with finance and legal contact(s) to support the design and plan documentation processesmaintain global inventory of all business and individual incentive plans (i.e.
sales, production, contests, other)support build out, education and adherence to consistent sales compensation framework manage hrc colleague alignment to plan namescollaboration with the global compensation team during the annual cycle compensation review, assisting with sales compensation aspects of the process (producer/ebit/sales compensation components)provide quality assurance / peer review of analysissupport annual risk assessment activitiesunderstand and adherence to regulatory committees that provide oversight of sales plan activitiessupport the strategic hiring process:working with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure offers are appropriate and aligned with our existing programsreview approval documentation ensuring that all touch points have been adhered topartner with finance to align on financial business casesmanage tracking for strategic hiringreview global offer letters for strategic hiring to ensure accuracy the requirements bachelor's degree or equivalent5 to 7 years' related experience (preferably in the financial services/insurance industry).sales compensation design experience (preferably global)advanced proficiency with microsoft excel.
intermediate proficiency with other microsoft office modules, including word and powerpointdetailed-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsability to work independently and manage own workload, priorities, and deadlinespro-active and dynamic work style, geared towards working in a rapidly changing and evolving environmentknowledge and proficiency in oracle hcm preferred equal opportunity employer
