serve as the primary point of contact for strategic integrators (sis) and high-priority clients.
strengthen and expand relationships via upselling/cross-selling solutions.
ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and aligning expectations.
lead contract negotiations with new and existing clients (from initial phase to closure and renewal).
provide a robust portfolio of strategic clients and projects.
collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
track pipelines, revenue projections, and profitability per account/client.
present results to management with clear metrics (e.g., mrr growth, account nps).
qualifications
exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
advanced english (technical and business proficiency).
bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields.
5+ years in business development in electronic security, with a focus on vertical markets.
proven track record in market expansion and profitable client portfolio management.
demonstrated experience in securing large projects (above $1m usd).
