Job description
the primary responsibilities of the fifo inventory specialist are to ensure the material imported in temporary basis has their own discharges through finished goods, scrap, stos, etc.
invoices, monitor the expiration date of imported material according to the legal stay in mexico as per customs law and maximizing operational efficiencies in import & export system.
educational/position requirements:
- preferably bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as industrial & systems engineer, customs degree,
*skills*:
- excellent communication skills
- excellent planning and organizational skills
- excellent pc skills are essential (microsoft office - excel, access, databases)
- preferably be bilingual (english and spanish)
- ability to work independently
- must be self-motivated, self-starter and detail-oriented
key responsibilities:
run, audit & analise the discharges from i-e inventory under fifo method.
audit open balances.
create invoice for scrap & obsolete material.
audit if the boms receive in i-e system vs sap.
audit & upload the annex 30 data to vat site.
create efficiencies in the import-export records/reports for the customs internal procedures.
update digital files.
create export docs as a backup.
