responsibilities
* leading and managing all business development activities across mexico and south america
* building new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts in mining and mineral processing sectors
* promoting and selling the company's full portfolio of mining equipment and wear-resistant solutions
* conducting market research, competitor analysis, and preparing detailed sales reports
* negotiating contracts and closing deals aligned with company strategy
* collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
* representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
qualifications
* native chinese speaker (mandatory)
* bachelor's degree or above in spanish, english, marketing, or mechanical engineering
* 5+ years overseas work experience, ideally with legal residence in mexico or us / canadian visa
* proven track record in direct sales of large-scale mechanical products
* experience working in latin american factories or companies
* strong understanding of key-account sales models
* excellent communication and business negotiation skills
