YOUR ROLE
* As Manufacturing Coordinator on our team, you will: Coordinate the control section of the assigned production floor area for the construction of harnesses that meet the requirements of different clients, adhering to the production plans, through proper administration and direction of the personnel in charge, maintain adequate administration of the production floor and correct handling of materials, personnel, systems and finances to achieve Safety and People objectives as well as compliance with the SQDIPK indicators.
In your daily job you will:
* Compliance SQDIPK performance indicators
* Compliance quality, volume, and cost objectives
* Maintaining a positive work environment
* Training and developing staff under your supervision
* Management people and safety objectives
* Continuously improving manufacturing processes
* Implementing and monitoring the manufacturing operating system
* Compliance the assigned budget
* Compliance the cost model
* Complying with the 5S methodology in assigned area
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
* Bachelors degree terminated
* English level intermediate - advanced
* MS Office
* +3 years of experience in manufacturing process
* Experience in Automotive Industry (must)
