What you will do? Training coordinator ensures legal compliance regarding training and is responsible for facilitating competencies for growth employees by focusing on the individual development plan and the detected training needs when developing the training schedule.
how you will do it?
1. participate in risk management, including the identification of failure modes, hazards, environmental aspects, their assessment, and the implementation of controls.
2. participate in incident and nonconformity investigations and determine necessary corrective actions.
3. actively participate in plant programs such as safetrack observations, suggestion box, employee idea system, lpa, and 6s audits.
4. participate in the plant's training program, attend scheduled trainings, and act as an internal instructor when required.
5. comply with documented procedures, instructions, standards of the integrated management system, and participate in their review and improvement when needed.
6. identify and report injuries, potential injuries, and environmental impacts.
7. identify and intervene to correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behaviors.
8. identify unsafe and off-standard conditions; report to management if immediate correction isn't possible.
9. review activities to prevent consequences and apply the stop work policy when necessary.
10. perform activities considering the requirements of the integrated management system to achieve its objectives and policies.
11. commit to continuous improvement strategies and apply them daily.
12. attend trainings on lean & six sigma tools and methodologies as required.
13. manage and follow up on the plant training program, including planning and logistics of internal and external trainings.
14. ensure legal compliance regarding training requirements (dc-1, dc-2, dc-3, dc-4).
15. participate as coordinator of the joint commission for training, instruction, and productivity.
16. attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques, and apply this knowledge to future training sessions.
17. recruit, train, delegate tasks to new trainers, and evaluate their performance.
what are we looking for?
* bachelor’s degree
* at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
* knowledge of legal training requirements
* experience managing training programs in an iso-certified environment
* proficient in microsoft office
* basic analytical skills
* excellent communication skills
* reliability and attention to detail
* intermediate english communication skills (at least 70%)
