requirements:
* fluency in spanish and advanced english language skills, both verbal and written.
* 8+ years of sales experience, including research, needs discovery, solution recommendation, problem-solving, and customer retention.
* strong knowledge of mexico's payments ecosystem, banking ecosystem, and financial solutions.
* a proven track record of new business solution selling, ideally within financial services, payments, or similar industries.
* consultative approach and ability to identify, influence, and present to c-suite and key decision-makers.
* expert negotiation and communication skills.
* ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with frequent change.
