Job summary
as our deployment lead, you will own the end-to-end deployment of the company's software and ai solutions on client production lines. You'll act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts—planning, scoping, technical assessment, and go-live support—while ensuring seamless integration of ai/ml workflows. Your role is pivotal in driving successful product roll-outs, gathering on-the-ground feedback, and laying the foundation for strong, long-term customer partnerships.
requirements
● experience: 0–6 years in manufacturing deployment, industrial engineering, or related
project-management roles.
● technical savvy: familiarity with factory automation (plcs, scada), data integration, and basic ai/ml concepts.
● project management: comfortable using pm tooling, driving cross-functional teams, and managing tight timelines.
● problem-solving: strong troubleshooting skills—able to replicate and diagnose issues on production
● communication: excellent written and verbal skills; able to craft clear, client-facing documentation and updates.
● tools proficiency: microsoft excel, basic sql or scripting knowledge a plus
● education: bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or related field.
● travel: willingness for minimal travel to client sites within and around chihuahua.
main responsibilities
● meeting & collaboration
○ maintain daily updates in jira (and related pm tools) to ensure transparency of tasks, milestones, and next steps.
● account ownership (4–5 accounts)
○ serve as the single point of contact for each account (e.g., jumex, bachoco, pissa).
○ proactively manage client expectations, anticipate needs, and drive each project milestone to completion.
● deployment lifecycle & ai integration
○ lead scoping, technical assessment, equipment procurement, oee definition, and automation supplier coordination.
● deployment management
○ develop and execute detailed deployment plans, including ai/ml integration timelines and training handoffs.
