Requirementsbachelor's degree in mechanical, electronics, or related engineering field.3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated process quality engineer (pqe) role.experience working with tier 1 suppliers or oems is highly preferred.experience in the following processes: lamination, cutting, sewing.professional english level.iatf * internal auditor certification preferred.knowledge & skills: quality core tools (apqp, ppap, dfmea / pfmea, msa, spc tools & methodologies), problem‐solving methodologies, statistical analysis and data‐driven decision‐making, proficiency in minitab.process knowledge: strong understanding of production line processes, control plans (cp), standard inspection procedures (sip), quality systems, knowledge of iatf standards.
