*about the role*

we are looking for a highly organized and adaptable administrative assistant to support our marketing manager and team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assist with coordination, reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks that help the team run efficiently.

This position requires flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects move forward smoothly while supporting the team’s overall success.

*key responsibilities*data & reporting
- assist in tracking and maintaining key data and performance reports.
- prepare weekly or monthly summaries and dashboards for internal review.
- help ensure the accuracy and organization of digital files and performance records.

Project & administrative support
- provide administrative assistance to the marketing manager and team, including scheduling, follow-ups, and meeting preparation.
- take ownership of assigned tasks and support project completion across various initiatives.
- help coordinate internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Creative & operations support
- learn the structure, tone, and goals of the brands we support.
- assist with basic creative or document preparation tasks as needed.
- support with asset requests, file organization, and vendor coordination.

Urgency & flexibility
- stay adaptable and proactive when priorities shift.

Required skills & experience
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience (marketing experience is a plus, not required).
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- proficiency in google workspace (docs, sheets, drive, etc.) and project management tools such as asana, trello, or monday.
- comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.

Desirable:

- experience with reporting dashboards or performance metrics.
