● strategic partnership acquisition: proactively source, pitch, and close deals with potential business partners and relevant entities within target industries.
● market expansion: conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential clients and untapped opportunities, specifically within the us market.
● campaign leadership: develop and execute creative marketing and outreach campaigns designed to attract new business and enhance the company's market presence.
● cross-functional collaboration: work closely with operations (sales, customer service, dispatch), it, and product development teams to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and effective.
● sales integration: align with the sales team to present product services to potential clients and ensure a seamless transition from lead to partner.
● performance tracking: maintain rigorous tracking of all marketing and business development initiatives, following up diligently to convert prospects into active partners.
minimum qualifications
● market expertise: 3 years experience of whcih 1 year minimum working within and a deep familiarity with the us market.
● digital proficiency: strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and professional social media management.
● communication excellence: superior english writing, speaking, and presentation skills are mandatory for high-level negotiations.
● organizational leadership: demonstrated ability in organization and management, with the proactive mindset of a "get things done" leader.
● industry networking: a wide professional network is preferred; familiarity with the handyman or home services industries is a significant plus.
