- enforce all brp (loto) policies and administer disciplinary measures when necessary.
- ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
- conduct regular safety meetings and provide safety training as needed to ensure a safe work environment.
- read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
- monitor departmental kpis focused on continuous improvement.
