- bachelor's degree in administration, psychology or afin.
- 5 years experience in human resources roles.
- ability to develop and implement human resources strategies.
- knowledge of labor regulations and ability to ensure legal compliance.
*functions*:
- plan, organize, develop and coordinate recruitment processes.
- define the organizational chart together with management and keep it updated.
- review weekly payroll and authorize.
- determine and recommend actions to management in the event of a labor conflict.
- create and plan training programs, behavior modification programs and organizational climate according to needs.
- verify compliance with the regulations related to imss, sar, infonavit, lft.
- prepare and keep job descriptions updated.
- maintain an adequate work environment.
- ensure legal compliance in all areas related to human resources, such as labor policies, health, occupational safety and employee rights.
