responsibilities: • conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, hot-spots, and opportunities for improvement within business units and multi-functional teams across the organization.
• design, propose & implement strong business cases, based on data analytics and market knowledge connection, to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• close collaboration with business unit leaders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations aligned with corporate objectives.
guaranteeing strong initiatives to potentialize deployments, growth sustainability and risk mitigation plans, enhancing market competitiveness, while generating added-value for the company.
• responsible for sales force strategy activities aligned with business needs, such as deployment processes and allianza's alignment • effectively communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and objectives.
requirements: • educational background: bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or related fields.
mba or advanced studies in strategy or finance are preferred.
• professional experience: 3+ years of experience in strategic consulting roles, data & analytics or business transformation • analytical skills: strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, market trend interpretation, and financial modeling.
• market knowledge: understanding of the pharmaceutical sector, including market trends, competitors, and regulations.
• communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
