overview:
we are seeking a proactive and client-focused accounts manager to support and grow our client base in the brazilian market. This role is responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, from initial engagement through to funding, trading activity, and long-term retention, while delivering an exceptional client experience.
key responsibilities:
* engage with prospective clients to drive conversion from lead to approved account, supporting them through first-time deposit and active trading stages
* reactivate dormant clients and encourage ongoing trading activity, with a focus on long-term engagement and retention
* act as the main point of contact for clients, managing requests and ensuring clear communication with internal teams
* build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and account growth
* identify opportunities to expand client activity across additional products, platforms, or partnership programs
* collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align client communications with business objectives and enhance the overall client experience
core duties:
* proactively reach out to clients within the crm, focusing on lead nurturing, funding conversion, trading activity, and retention
* handle client objections confidently, using a consultative approach to highlight opportunities and drive engagement
* manage client communication across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat, adapting to client preferences
* prioritize workload effectively to focus on high-value opportunities while ensuring timely responses to all client needs
* monitor and analyse client activity to identify trends, upsell opportunities, and areas for increased engagement
skills & experience:
* strong client management and relationship-building skills
* experience in sales, account management, or financial services (preferably trading/fintech)
* excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* commercial mindset with a focus on conversion, retention, and growth
