Job responsibilities:
- assist in reviewing and drafting various legal agreements, contracts and documents of the company;
- assist in the implementation of contract management measures and management procedures, organize and archive contracts, documents and materials, and provide them with external parties;
- handle daily legal affairs and provide basic legal service consultation for business departments;
- handle dispute, litigation and other critical tasks as maybe assigned;
- handle various government communication and declaration matters related to the company's operation
- track and retrieve industry-related laws and regulations, regulatory provisions and industry self-discipline rules, and sort, search, interpret, and translate relevant laws and regulations;
- comply with and implement the company's rules and regulations, and complete other tasks assigned by the leaders;
job requirements:
- full-time undergraduate degree or above in law major, professional qualification certificate is preferred;
- solid professional skills in legal document writing; english can be used as a working language, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
- practical and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and learning ability;
- have strong logical analysis and communication and coordination ability, quick thinking;
- a certain understanding of the relevant national financial regulations and policies and the background of the financial industry is preferred;
portrait: interns or people with 1-2 years of experience who can speak spanish and english in mexico and understand the law, chinese is a plus
