this role will be responsible for:
* developing and executing the hotel's marketing strategy
* leading digital and traditional campaigns aligned with commercial goals
* collaborating closely with sales, revenue, and operations to drive performance
* analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance
* positioning the brand across digital, social, and distribution channels
* supporting the successful launch and awareness of the hotel
profile:
* proven experience in hotel or resort marketing (luxury or all-inclusive preferred)
* strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics
* strategic mindset with a strong focus on demand generation
* creative, results-driven, and highly collaborative
* advanced english required
