We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented business / technical analyst to join our team and support new implementations. This role will play a critical part in gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of zoho books and zoho crm platforms. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to strengthening our internal knowledge base by creating clear and comprehensive support documentation for our custom erp add-ons. Location: mexico job duties lead client-facing sessions to document business requirements for zoho platform implementations and integrations. Perform advanced configuration of zoho books and zoho crm based on documented client needs. Collaborate with our internal architects and developers to define and document requirements for system integrations, including detailed field mapping. Develop test cases and execute integration testing between systems. Create comprehensive support documentation for new features, integrations, and existing product customizations. Qualifications we are looking for proven experience as a business analyst, technical analyst, or implementation specialist with saas platforms. Hands-on experience with zoho books and zoho crm (required). Strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and system integration concepts. Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional requirements documentation. Ability to design and execute test cases and coordinate uat (user acceptance testing). Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Familiarity with erp systems and custom add-ons. Experience with other zoho products or apis for integrations.
