Maintain updated records and ensure clear account reconciliation.Reconciliation and collection follow-up: Assist in sending account statements to clients, confirming balances, and following up on pending or overdue payments in coordination with the sales team.Credit management support: Help in monitoring customer credit status, reviewing account aging reports, and identifying potential risks.Reporting and analysis: Prepare basic reports, including aging summaries and collection forecasts, to support decision-making.Tax-related tasks: Assist with VAT invoice management and other accounting documentation.Client portfolio: Exposure to commercial supermarket chains such as Liverpool, Chedraui, Soriana, Walmart, Sanborns, Costco, etc.RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in Accounting (with professional license).Experience: 1-3 years in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable or similar roles.Language: Advanced English.Availability: 100% on-site in Santa Fe, CDMX.Soft skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
