* identify, analyze, and prevent occupational risks, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (kpis) to measure the effectiveness of preventive measures.
* develop and implement health promotion programs for employees, monitoring their impact on employee health and well-being.
* collaborate with human resources on psychosocial risk prevention initiatives.
* maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
* stay up-to-date on current medical practices and occupational health regulations.
* ensure the medical office is clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
experience
* licensed physician with experience in occupational health medicine.
* familiarity with mexican regulations regarding occupational health.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* proactive and results‑oriented approach.
