the job you will perform:
* document the workflow required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation.
* facilitate meetings with end users to understand business requirements and enhancement requests.
* collect, manage, and synthesize requirements from key stakeholders.
* provide work estimates to managers and project managers as requested based on requirements gathered.
* translate business requirements and use cases to develop and deliver functional/technical specifications, requirements documents, and detailed use cases for new/changed features or functionality.
* create/review test plans with the team and define the qa tasks for project plans, provide task time estimates, and prepare a qa test strategy document.
* develop the final test execution report using existing templates and communicate to the project team.
* provide post-implementation support.
* troubleshoot, diagnose, and accurately document problems and their probable causes. Identify root causes, test, and implement solutions.
* serve as a liaison between application vendors, internal it groups, and end users.
* ensure adherence to defined standards.
the qualifications, skills and knowledge you will bring:
* bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science).
* 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
* strong understanding or aptitude to understand hr systems and integrations.
* experience and understanding of complex logic used in integrations.
* experience with mexico’s employee management, payroll, and benefits.
* proficient in data analysis.
* understanding of capturing employee data and knowledge of the employee lifecycle from recruiting to termination as it relates to integration with other systems.
* advanced level of english.
