provides high quality, timely development and on-time input to solutions for service delivery, managed services, or implementation-oriented client projects. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions to leading small teams. Contributes to meeting client satisfaction objectives. Develops modules and low level designs while monitoring technical quality standards of onshore / offshore developers.

essential functions

* supporting the design and build of new technology solutions including understanding business needs, determining product specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies
* conducting market research to understand business needs and generating product requirements
* managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders to support product development
* leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives to client questions
* working in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders, under the guidance our “the best on the business” team leaders
* developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
* working independently and as part of a team
* assisting development and writing of proposals with senior support
* attending, supporting and presenting at client meetings
* contributing to learning, development and recruiting

qualifications

* bachelor's degree biotechnology or economics (must)
* works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals. Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline. Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area. Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors. Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace. Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people and companies. Effective time management skills.

responsibilities

* provides direct sales support to treasury consultants in covered markets. Position is focused on revenue generating activities associated with the sale of treasury products and services. Activities may include: preparing proposals and pricing analysis, assist with rfps and presentations, coordinate credit approvals and exception pricing, coordinate data input for tracking pipeline and activity
* establishes and maintains relationships with treasury consultants and bankers that are directly supported.
* coverage on product sales related inquiries from treasury sales, bankers, other internal partners and clients
* joins treasury consultant on in person sales calls or conference calls when appropriate.

qualifications

* 5-8 years commercial banking or relevant experience

education

* bachelors/university degree or equivalent experience

the senior team leader is primarily responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a team of agents and lead agents in the customer relationship center (crc). You will direct, supervise, evaluate and coach their direct reports to ensure an exceptional experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, case resolution and nps. You will mentor representatives to improve problem resolution and customer handling skills, and partner with operations to meet kpis.

* lead and motivate team to meet or exceed kpi targets for customer satisfaction
* coach for professional development using qa evaluations, performance reports, attendance and schedule adherence reports, etc.
* work with operations manager, field and/or dealers to resolve difficult customer issues
* organize weekly team meetings and drive action items
* participate in calibration sessions with quality assurance
* assist with reporting requirements and special projects
* promote continuous improvement and dealer/customer loyalty
* provide leadership to support employee retention and customer satisfaction
* complete annual evaluations and administer disciplinary actions if necessary

what you bring to the role

* high school diploma; technical education or equivalent preferred
* six sigma or data-driven analysis training preferred
* fluent in spanish; english preferred
* 3-5 years team leadership or supervisory experience
* 3-5 years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
* experience with dealer operations is an asset
* ability to work with dealership personnel
* technical experience preferred
