qualifications
* 10+ years software development experience
* expert in java and spring ecosystem (spring boot, spring batch, spring integration)
* strong experience building rest apis and microservices architecture
* hands‑on experience with nosql databases (db) and sql (mysql, oracle)
* experience with message brokers and streaming (kafka)
* proficient with containerization (docker) and basic aws experience (environment variables, step functions, terraform modifications)
* experience in unit and integration testing (junit, spock) and test automation practices
* familiarity with python for data validation and scripting tasks
* familiarity with groovy/grails and legacy web frameworks is beneficial
* strong problem solving, communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills
* english language proficiency for technical communication
* additional java ee technologies exposure: ejb, jsf, jpa/hibernate, struts
