*purpose of the position*:
- order management specialists are responsible for all aspects of order processing. Manages vp orders and aligns with pp on priorities set by customer.
*main roles & responsibilities*:
- receives requests on priorities from customer and communicates to rest of teams involved for follow up and closure.
- monitors aging orders and follows up with production team on status and reports status to customer.
- follow up with production tracker teams for order completion.
- confirm illegal orders and request cancellation with customer.
- monitor orders currently on material shortage with obsolete part numbers for confirmation on supply or cancellation.
- monitor orders under quality hold determined by customer and follow up with teams for resolution.
- customer service 3 year.
