responsibilities
* upload cargo loads into the system to ensure that dispatchers can schedule on time.
* provide assistance and information to all customers about their cargo, location, and arrival to destination, in regards pickups, transit, and deliveries of various cargo.
* update status reports of specific customers based on real-time information.
* other duties as assigned.
qualifications

* excellent written and verbal skills
* degree in engineering / administration / finance is a big plus
* solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.
* intermediate ms excel skills.
* a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.
* organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
